'WAVE' stands for
Worldwide Alliance of Visionary Experts
in the field of international freight forwarding.
History
WAVE was born out of the collective vision of a group of founding members who had previously grown strong relationships and developed business together. Those founding members saw firsthand how such longstanding business ties and the sense of fellowship and trust they created enabled them to achieve success in today’s dynamic and competitive logistics world.
After much discussion and much analysis, the members of WAVE realized that while many freight forwarding networks follow a similar model, certain opportunities for growth and development are overlooked or underutilized.
This
is why at WAVE we are revolutionizing the way freight forwarders not only
connect, but more importantly how they collaborate to conquer the challenges of
logistics.
WAVE Today
Today, WAVE is a close community of independent freight forwarders of various sizes, all of whom share the same values: exceptional service, vision, professionalism, and dedication to stability and transparency.

sets our network apart is its focus on member-driven engagement, security among
member transactions, and servant-leadership approach considering the interests
of the members first and foremost.

Membership-driven

Unlike many networks, WAVE firmly believes that the direction and growth of the network should come from the members. As members’ needs change and as the market evolves, WAVE is ready to facilitate growth through flexibility and through the many resources available to our members.
For these reasons, WAVE offers its members the chance to actively shape the direction of the network through participation in both our Regional Forums and our Strategic Leadership Assembly.
Additionally,
on a lower level, we actively seek to implement feedback we receive through our
membership qualification process and from our regular surveys.
